Scholarship Opportunities


Each year COMPACT awards 10 - 20 deserving seniors college scholarships ranging from $300.00 to $3,750.00. Scholarships are awarded based on grades; improvement in grades, attendance; behavior; extra curricular activities; letters of recommendation; and community service.

The highest award ($3,750.00) is the Lee Norris Rayam Scholarship which pays $1,500.00 for the first year and $750.00 for the next three years. It is named in honor of the late Mr. Lee Norris Rayam, a COMPACT consultant and motivational speaker, a community activist and a staunch mentor.
